Executive Officers - Jeanne K. Mason
Jeanne K. Mason, Ph.D. is corporate vice president, human resources at Baxter. She has responsibility for the company's global human resource function, including staffing and leadership development.
Mason joined Baxter in May 2006 from GE Insurance Solutions, a primary insurance and reinsurance business, where she was responsible for global human resource functions. She began her career with General Electric in 1988, after serving with the U.S. General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C. Her GE experience included leadership roles in Europe for GE Information Services and GE Capital Real Estate. Mason also served for two years as vice president of human resources for PHH Vehicle Management Services.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Family Service and the Chicago Botanic Garden and is a member of the Executive Advisory Council for the Chicago Chapter of NAAAHR.
Mason earned a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from George Washington University and a master's degree from American University in the same field of study. Her bachelor's degree is from Pitzer College.
